Fracture Script on Creative Crash

I have been working a fracture/shatter script. I have videos that show what it does. I would like feedback and suggestions on how to improve it.

I am sure there is a fracture script out there for 3DS Max if you do some searching on creative crash . A script or plug-in that can fracture mesh Maya into small pieces .
