how do you re-size once you' enveloped

please could somone help me ive spent hours putting the bones in and enveloping my character only to realise that its to big to fit into the scene i am working on with my partner. ive tried to
click on the model and re-size that does not work
clicking on the bones  the same
clicking on the root the same
what am i to do ???

...but unfortunately the onyl way you can resize bones is by going into Actor/Skeleton/Move Joint/Pick Joint By Name (or By Mouse). Make sure you've cut the skeleton from the geometry or you're gonna wind up with funky results. You'll have to scale down your bone length, but it'll still have width so unless you only need to make minor length adjustments I would suggest just scaliing up the rest of your environment (buildings, etc)...put it all under one null and do it all in one shot.

It is not difficult to design a business insert to fit inside a size 10 envelope . The desktop publishing an extra measure of security for confidential documents once the seal is broken .
