The skin still has a plastic sorta feeling to it. Makes me think of the chucky doll in the movies. Try to soften it a bit and take advantage of GI or that wonderful Final Gathering to create more realistic lighting. You may also wanna try adding a specularity map as their are glossy areas in there that normally wouldn't be that glossy. still nice work you have going there just needs refining.
