22 Iron to play a quick 18 holes

The goal of Callaway's X-Series Irons has always been lofty: Set the performance standard for the industry. Callaway has done it again with the X-22 Irons, the best X-Series Irons Callaway has ever made. The perimeter weighting of the callaway x-22 irons has been maximized for a moment of inertia (MOI) that's 10 percent higher than their predecessors, meaning you get more forgiveness on off-center strikes. The ideal center of gravity position has been preserved, generating optimal ball-flight trajectories. Callaway has also incorporated the Modified Tru-Bore design, dampening vibration for enhanced feel. The tour-inspired head shape has a slightly thinner top line and sole with a large sweet spot for improved aesthetics and forgiveness to boost your confidence.

Packed into the "Callaway x-24 Hot Irons
" is some fancy technology that you've come to expect from Callaway Golf such as VHT, which is the variable face technology that allows more weighting on the perimeter of the club for more forgiveness, S2H2 which allows for weight to be removed from the hosel to be used elsewhere, and Modified Tru-Bore, which allows the shaft tip to extend through the hosel and clubhead to the sole of the iron and improves feel and control by moving the tip of the shaft closer to the center of the clubface. If you've played Callaway irons in the past, it's something you are certainly familiar with wholesale golf.

The callaway x24 are Callaway's latest development targeting the player who is seeking the ultimate combination of playability and forgiveness. Callaway continues to expand their designs and push the limits of innovation. The X-22 irons are a perfect example of Callaway's commitment of setting the industry standard for performance and forgiveness.

Once armed with this new set of clubs we headed out to the range and to play a quick 18 holes. On the range we noted that especially at setup, these irons look fabulous. Similar to most GI irons, (game improvement) the Callaway X-22's have a thick topline, but overall size and shape are very much different than many of the GI clubs we have played recently. The shape is very much "Player's type" with just a thicker overall feeling. Definitely a thinner topline than we have been used to in the past. As someone that has played both types of clubs, thick lines have never bothered me. Results are what matters.

Overall, the Callaway X-22 Irons are a fantastic set of irons that will have you on the golf course night and day. Full of Callaway technology such as the Tru-Bore design for comfort and the VFT Technology for optimum trajectory on shots this complete iron set will be your secret weapon on the golf course. Although the secret won't last long as everyone will want to take a swing with http://www.golfonstock.com/ your new X-22 irons!
