This is a tribute to the great Kruger and his creativity,I modeled everything in 3D,the hair too,if I can post here the model creation I'll do,or you can see some steps on our site.

If you're going to spend this much time creating something, make an original or reproduce a master work. As it turns out
Kruger's caricature of John Wayne is just as derivative as your's. take a look at the original master Jean Mulatier whom Kruger was copying. your texturing is excellent. Oddly enough Kruger's 2d version has a better sense of 3 dimensional form. Oh BTW it's very important to include "after so and so" when doing a reproduction.
