Title Marv
Software 3ds max 8, ZBrush
Comment Its a portrait of Marv from Sin City, certainly my favorite character from that series. I want to dedicate this one to Frank Miller and his outstanding artworks. The very base model was made in 3dsmax and then sculpt in Zbrush and export back to max. Zbrush was also used to generate displace map. The rest were done in Photoshop. Finally I render it with Mental Ray.

I have realized some new points from your web page about personal computers. Another thing I have always presumed is that laptop computers have become an item that each residence must have for most reasons. They supply you with convenient ways in which to organize households, pay bills, go shopping, study, focus on music and perhaps watch tv programs. An innovative way to complete most of these tasks is with a laptop. These computers are mobile, small, potent and portable. Miles Dawson's Sweat Miracle

Amazing, truely incredible work. When I look at artworks like yours I feel like fantasy and reality are one. I love your work. I 'm myself trying to do something different, something that will capture the imagination of others, your surely did that for me.

Like some others pointed out it doesn't look exactly like Marv, but we're talking about a fictional character and I think it's a cool interpretation. He looks more weatherbeaten and immovable than we usually see him, I like it.
