all perfect.... her eyes and lips.

first i would like to say that the model it self is beautifully constructed. her pose is quite good and the skin on her body is spot on.
when the compliments have been giving i wouldent say it is a flawless picuture. first her head is okay modeled but her faceexpression is completly dead and stiff. in opinion the way to get a human face look alive in 3d is the hardest part though . second the coulor on head seems very grey and do not match the rest of the body. im guessing you are using the same material both on body and head so it must be something with your lightsettings and like wise for for her pinkie finger on her panties,it is grey to in way that dosent compliments the picture. third, her libs seems pixel sharp at the edge which in my eyes make look a little like plastic, so i would soften the edge just a little bit but i guess that is matter of taste. her hair i wont comment since how real it looks is depending on what software u have availble for it.

Beautiful body (also the hand looks fine) and realistic skin texturing! Shoulder should be better reshaped when bending the arm down (less rounded and possibly somewhat thicker) - the character is at least movable and not a 3D statue. I agree with Saif: hair look somewhat stiff. And teeth need shadows. Nevertheless... great work!
