What where the render times for the images? And which renderer did u use?
The fiorest is a bit less. This looks like a realtime pic from a game.
A very good game, but still. Maybe its the lack of detail?

The moss or lichen growth along sides of the ditch is nothing short of fantastic. Also the dirt/sand texture is outstanding. The shadows and lighting add a sense of character and atmosphere that gives you the feeling of wandering through a forest, taking in all the sights and sounds.
