In all honesty....
You don't know what great art is. When you post your work you are posting up against the greats of 3D art like Raphael Lacoste. You really need to go into your room, lock the door, and practice. Practice until your eyes sting. Until you know how to REALLY make yourself a proper 3D artist, don't post anything more.
Isn't this supposed to be a site to display the best of 3D art? If so, how did this person get to post such ridiculous images??
Maybe guys standing with their arms sticking out might be all the fashion where you come from, but the rest of the world can do without it - thank you.
Your characters are damn good! The only thing I see is that Jack Nicklaus has a glove on, and in his back pocket. Why? other than that I'd say they are perfect for games.
I make models for videogames (and maps too) I know how is this all about.
And believe me. I know how hard is to make a realistic low poly model for real-time-graphics... It requires a lot... A LOT of talent to make these low poly models look real...
Since my point of view, youīre work is great, īcause itīs so pro!
Itīs true, you canīt admire the beauty (or the artistic sence) of a model when itīs standing up with its arms and legs open and thereīs no lightning over it. But you can KNOW (not feel or sence) that these models are perfect for videogames and talking in that level, the models are awsome, not only for the porpouse of these models, but for the comercial aspect; Paul Effinger made the models... and the companies used them.
And if you are not intelligent enough to understand what this guy is doing.... ok? keep posting stupid and ignorant reviews from your little closed minds.
Thatīs all I want to say
